Facilities Coordinator

Carlsbad, CA
The Facilities Coordinator will oversee all building-related tasks. S/he will interface with the property owner, perform light maintenance, enforce safety standards and security protocols. S/he will provide employee support, conference room setups, catering support and all other facility-related activities as needed.

Manager, IT Support Services

The Manager, IT Support Services is responsible for ensuring that all Breg internal and field users receive best in class service for all their IT support needs. S/he will also be responsible for managing how IT is perceived by outside entities while working in a customer and vendor facing role.

Staff Accountant

Carlsbad, CA (Hybrid)
The Staff Accountant will apply US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) of accounting to maintain financial data related to Fixed Assets and other general accounting. S/he will prepare standard recurring entries, ad hoc entries and prepare monthly account reconciliations. S/he will assist the US Payroll Manager with certain responsibilities for processing the Company’s bi-weekly, multi-state payroll in accordance with local jurisdictions, state and federal payroll laws, and reporting requirements. S/he may also perform analysis for management and provide deliverables to third parties, such as external auditors during the annual audit.
