Breg manufactures orthopedic devices like braces and cold therapy products to help patients prevent or recover from injuries and heal from surgeries and other procedures. The claim form you’ve just received provides details on the product you’ve been prescribed. It also the form we use to collect your insurance information.
Once this form is submitted to Breg, we will bill the insurance company you’ve identified. The insurance company will determine how much you owe for this product based on several factors, including but not limited to:
- Your insurance coverage
- Whether you’ve reached your deductible
- The allowable cost of this product as determined by your insurance provider
The medical billing process can take days, weeks and sometimes months, so you may not see a bill from us for awhile. When you do receive your bill, you may have questions about the cost of the product you were prescribed or who to go to for questions.
